Still number 1 when it comes to charbroiled oyster and I've tried other places in Louisiana. Food is top tier and service was excellent
I've eaten at this Dragos location before and I think it's pretty decent here. I returned recently for their ChuckEats menu and I'll say it's a 100% worth trying! Started off our meal with the Chargrilled Oysters - those were the 10/10 and right on point. Then for entrees, my partner got the short rib and I ordered the whole lobster. Both were absolutely delicious! The short rib was filling, fall off the bone soft, and had plenty of flavor. The whole lobster was also delicious, however between the two entrees the lobster is less filling. We finished the meal with a brownie sundae and a bread pudding. I preferred the bread budding as it was perfectly soft, and I loved the fruit it came with. The brownie sundae was good as well, but very sweet. Service was okay. I would have appreciated if silverware and napkins were readily on the table or brought out without having to ask for them, but not a huge deal. Restaurant also has plenty of seating so there was no wait when we arrived for dinner time. Good choice in Lauberge Casino Resort for a bite to eat!
Went in today had a Mediterranean side crab salad. Excellent tasty on point plenty crab squirt lemon n bread fresh. Brandon was my waiter. Excellent Service very nice.
I had a great time popping in for happy hour while catching some Sunday football! The seafood pasta was absolutely delicious, and the deep-fried knocking chicken hit the spot. But honestly, the greens stole the show--they were amazing! Plus, the cornbread was tasty, and I couldn't resist that mountain of French fries. The service was pretty decent too, and the happy hour specials were definitely worth it!
After reading a few bad reviews lately, I was reluctant to go. However, we had a great experience. The food, service, and atmosphere was awesome. Chea waited on us. She normally does banquet service, but was helping out. She did a great job for us. We had Fleur de lis shrimp, Caesar salad, and shrimp pasta. They were fabulous. We ended our dinner with the Hot brownie sundae pictured below. We will definitely be back.
Overall experience was a 10/10. The appetizer FLEUR DE LIS SHRIMP had an amazing taste. Out Ribeye was cooked to perfection at medium and the potatoes were soft and buttery. We got the corn bread and added butter to it which was good. The dessert we got was perfect the bread pudding. They quoted us as a 10 min wait but it was more like 25 mins but all was forgiven because the food was super tasty.
